Corporate Wars - Data Breach! (Demo 2)

This updates the game to the latest Godot 4 Beta (Beta 16 at the time of writing).
Fixes and Changes:
- Fixed an issue where, on some machines, the info panel on the left of the HUD expands to fill the screen after placing the first turret.
- Re-introduced the OpenGL3 build as I have found at least one Windows 10 PC that would not run Vulkan.
